The short version

I'm happiest one layer below the UI — in the data model, the sync engine, the module boundary. The part nobody screenshots.

Four years in, I've migrated a live production app from native to Flutter with zero critical incidents, owned foreign exchange and withdrawal flows under central-bank scrutiny, and rebuilt release pipelines from thirty minutes down to ten. The through-line isn't a language or a framework — it's drawing boundaries that let risky code evolve safely.

01Delivered Metal, a new card program for the Thailand market with the Bank of Thailand — owned end-to-end across backend and mobile, planning through public launch.
02Led the full migration of a production native Android/iOS codebase to Flutter via phased rollout — zero critical incidents, 20% faster cold start.
03Owned core fintech flows — Foreign Exchange, Account Top-up and Bank Withdrawals — from API integration through production monitoring.
04Designed a centralized Notification Center unifying backend and OneSignal events into a single feed with read-state sync and deep-link routing.
05Drove architecture across payment-critical modules — feature-first clean architecture and hard module boundaries for safe incremental evolution.
06Replaced manual changelog and release-stamping with a PR-triggered pipeline: 30 → 10 minute deploys and a consistent weekly cadence.
07Led Mobile Chapter meetings across 20 engineers and built an iOS tester provisioning workflow that removed a recurring release bottleneck.
08Currently building Bill Split and integrating Stripe for in-app eSIM purchases.

01Built KPI Manager — realtime plant-performance visibility for factory managers, with a Firebase RTDB chat service serving 200k users.
02Developed SFC, an Android shopfloor platform spanning mechanics, managers, operators, bundle and piece tracking, fabric maintenance, IE and inspection — digitizing the production floor.
03Shipped an internal app distribution hub in Flutter for installing, updating and managing every STITCH app from one place.
04Designed multi-environment CI/CD in Bitbucket — UAT auto-deploys to QA with install links, production publishes to S3 and triggers in-app update prompts.
05Created reusable Flutter/Android boilerplate adopted across 3 apps, cutting new-project setup time.

A personal productivity and finance app — and an excuse to build a system properly with no deadline pressure. Melos monorepo, ten-plus packages, strict separation across data, domain and presentation.

Offline-first sync engine

Drift (SQLite) local database against a Supabase Postgres backend — queued mutations, conflict-safe sync handlers, Row Level Security across dev and prod.

Modular architecture

Core, network and storage packages plus feature packages for tasks, habits, goals, wealth, bookshelf and time tracking — each independently testable.

Design system

Token-based colours, typography, radii and component styles with full light/dark via ThemeExtensions, persisted preference, and a Widgetbook catalog.

Wealth tracking

Portfolio allocation rendered with custom-painted donut charts, plus timezone-aware scheduled local notifications for habits and tasks.

Production plumbing

Firebase Auth with Google Sign-In and phone OTP, Crashlytics, Analytics and FCM. Supabase Edge Functions and versioned SQL migrations for scheduled jobs.

Engineering discipline

BLoC/Cubit with GetIt dependency injection and go_router, functional error handling via fpdart Either, regression coverage maintained across packages.
